She anchors Outnumbered Overtime with Harris Faulkner (weekdays, 1-2 PM/ET) and co-anchors Outnumbered (weekdays, 12-1 PM/ET). Faulkner also hosts her own show The Faulker Focus. She joined Fox News in 2005.

Faulkner is a newscaster, writer, and television host. Her first job was as a freelance writer for LA Weekly. Later, she joined KCOP-television in Los Angeles as an intern before joining WNCT-TV in Greenville as a reporter and anchor. In 1992, Faulkner WDAF-TV as an evening anchor where she worked until 2000. She would later become a victim of harassment while working at the station. In addition, she worked for KSTP-TV in Minneapolis until 2004.
