Additionally, Scott and twin brother Drew launched a home furnishings brand Scott Living and its subsidiary, Dream Homes, a consulting and construction firm for luxury home upgrades.

Before venturing into the real estate business, Scott was an illusionist. He studied performance magic since childhood and, through college, and performed illusions professionally. He joined the Vancouver Magic Circle and the International Brotherhood of Magicians.
