Witrado is one of the contestants of season 22 of The Voice on NBC. She is a singer and songwriter from Fresno, California. She was born into a musical family. Witrado had been singing from a very young age, however, her passion for music evolved when she got involved in musical theatre and dancing after she joined high school.

During the blind audition, Witrado performed a rendition of No Doubt’s “Don’t Speak.”  She revealed that it was her father who introduced her to the No Doubt song when she was young, and it became her anthem. Alyssa’s audition performance impressed Gwen and Camila the most, who in return turned their chair for her. Witrado chose Team Gwen to be her coach as she progresses in the competition.
