Jeffrey Adam Duff Goldman is a pastry chef, television personality, and author. He is the founder of Charm City Cakes based with branches in Baltimore and Los Angeles. He is known for Food Network’s  Holiday Baking Championship,  Duff’s Happy Fun Bake Time, Buddy vs Duff, and Cake Masters.

Buddy Valastro and Goldman will compete in the Food Network’s new season of Buddy vs. Duff: Holiday.  Season 4 Episode 1 (Holiday: Cartoon Christmas) premieres on November 28, 2021, and will see Buddy, Duff Goldman and their teams face off in their first challenge, building cakes inspired by the beloved classic “A Charlie Brown Christmas.” The teams dig into their childhood memories to bring to life iconic scenes with Charlie Brown, Snoopy and the gang.
