Born Hilary Elizabeth Labow, Hilary Farr is a British-Canadian designer, actress, and television personality.  She was born in Toronto, Canada, and grew up in Londo, England. She serves as the president of Hilary Farr Designs Inc and a co-host of HGTV’s real estate reality series, Love It, or List It, alongside David Visentin.

Farr is the co-host of HGTV’s reality series, Love It or List It. She hosts alongside David Vinsetin. The reality series premiered in 2008. The show follows the interior designer and real estate agent, David Vinsetin, as  A couple or family shows their current house after which Farr redesigns parts of the home based on the desires of the homeowners and their budget and she oversees the renovations and construction. David on the other hand finds real estate listings that meet the homeowners’ needs and budget to convince them to list their current house and buy a new one.

After renovations and redesign the family either decides to keep living in the house, “Love It “, or agrees to sale it, “List It.”
